Tarot Readings

All tarot readings are considered non-refundable. Given the personalized nature of private tarot readings, they are treated as custom information products and cannot be returned.

Our "Pay What You Want" (PWYW) pricing model allows you to pay an amount of your choice for tarot readings, with a specified minimum amount.

Minimum Payment Requirement

The minimum amount specified for each tarot reading is required and non-refundable.

Additional Payments Considered Tips

Any amount paid over the minimum required payment is considered a tip. These additional payments are voluntary and serve as a token of appreciation for the extra time and effort I dedicate to your reading. As such, these tips are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards will never expire, allowing you to use it at your convenience. They are non-returnable once purchased, non-transferable and intended for the original recipient only. This policy is in place to prevent potential misuse or fraud.

Gift card values must be used in full. Any amount paid over the minimum required will be considered a non-refundable tip as I operate on a Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) model.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your tarot reading for a different type, please email me at support@recklessnymph.com within the day of your purchase.

Please note that it takes time and energy to write and record these readings. I begin recording and writing your reading within the day of purchase. Therefore, if you contact me after this time, I may have already made significant progress on or finished your reading and may not be able to accommodate your request.
