Turnaround Time

Upon successful completion of your purchase, I'll begin working on your personalized tarot reading. Due to the personalized nature of private tarot readings, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

Turnaround time may extend depending on demand. I'll notify you by email if there are any delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered electronically. Your personalized tarot reading will be sent to your email. Written readings will be in a downloadable PDF format, while video readings will be accessed via a provided link due to their larger file size.

Availability

Upon delivery, PDF tarot readings will be available for immediate download. Video readings will be accessible through a personalized link sent via email, allowing you 24/7 access. This way, you can revisit your readings and reflect on them at your convenience.

Video readings are always accessible. However, for PDF readings, please note that I can only keep a backup of your file for up to six months from the date of delivery. Therefore, I strongly advise downloading and saving your PDF within this timeframe. Please be aware that beyond this period, I cannot guarantee the availability of your reading, and I am not liable for any refunds if the file becomes inaccessible.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. I do not require personal details or photos to conduct a reading. However, should you choose to share such information, please know that it is entirely voluntary and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
